Congratulations Senator Hudson!
Senator Brad Hudson was recently named as Chair of the Select Committee on Government Modernization and Transformation. The committee will examine the efficiency of Missouri’s administration of government, including the management of state properties and contracting process.
Senator Hudson was also named Vice Chair of the Select Committee on Property Taxes and the State Tax Commission. This committee will study the current climate of real and personal property taxation and evaluate the performance of the State Tax Commission.
U. S. Senator Eric Schmitt Announces the Senator’s Youth Council
Senator Schmitt’s office is proud to announce the inaugural class of the Senator’s Youth Council, which offers young Missourians a chance to gain unique hands-on experience in government, work on engaging civics projects, and have an opportunity to meet with the Senator. To be eligible for consideration for the Youth Council, applicants must:
▪️ Be a United States citizen and permanent resident of Missouri
▪️ Be enrolled in high school or similar secondary education with a GPA of at least 3.0
▪️ Be of high moral character
