2023 Taney County Housing Study

The 2023 Taney County Housing Study is designed to explore, evaluate, and identify strategies to address housing issues throughout the respective communities of Taney County, Missouri. The housing market impacts the quality of life for residents of the region, for people interested in moving to the area, and for businesses seeking to recruit (and retain) employees.

To understand the state of housing supply and demand in Taney County, this study combines public input, demographic analysis, and evaluation of market trends and housing conditions. Building on this work, the study outlines the following:
