Governor Mike Kehoe signed the Fiscal Year 2026 state budget bills on Monday. The $50.8 billion budget includes 208 line-item vetoes totaling nearly $300 million, along with 32 expenditure restrictions amounting to $211 million. Click here to read the full press release.
Additionally, during last week's State of the State luncheon, Governor Kehoe signed Senate Bill 348 into law. SB 348 pertains to various state designations, including legislation sponsored by Representative Brian Seitz officially designating Branson as the "Live Entertainment Capital" of the State of Missouri.
