2024 Board of Directors Meeting
November 15, 2023
2023 Chairperson of the Board Cynthia Carson called the meeting to order at 9:35 a.m. The purpose of the meeting is to elect 2024 officers and ratify the 2024 chairperson’s two, one-year appointments. The slate of officers was determined by the Officers Committee and sent to the 2024 Board on November 10, 2023. Ballots were distributed and the process was explained. Steve Critchfield made a motion to approve, by unanimous consent, the ballot as presented, in lieu asking for nominations from the floor for each position. Pat Cox seconded the motion. Ballots were marked and sent forward for counting by Chair Carson and Chair-Elect Griffith. The following officers were elected.

- Chairman Rob Griffith
- Chair-Elect Mike Patrick
- Treasurer Pat Cox
- Secretary Cassie Cunningham
- Vice Chair Evan Bradley
- Vice Chair Mike Combs
- Vice Chair Tom Healey
- Vice Chair Wendy White
Following the election, 2024 Chair Rob Griffith presented the following as his one-year appointments: Joe Loth and Cole Currier. Wendy White made a motion to approve the two appointments as presented. Steve Critchfield seconded the motion. All approved. Motion carried.
Meeting adjourned at 9:45 a.m.
