2023 Board of Directors Meeting
2022 Chairman of the Board Joe Loth called the meeting to order at 9:35 a.m. The purpose of the meeting is to elect 2023 officers and ratify the 2023 chairperson’s two, one-year appointments. The slate of officers was determined by the Officers Committee and sent to the 2023 Board on November 11, 2022. Loth read the names and positions for each officer as presented by the Officers Committee and asked for any nominations from the floor, for each position. There were no nominations from the floor. Ballots were distributed and the following officers were elected.

Treasurer, Phil Cox
Secretary, Wendy White
Vice Chair, Cassie Cunningham
Vice Chair, Tom Healey
Vice Chair, Mike Patrick
Vice Chair, Lynn Yaggy
Following the election, 2023 Chairperson Cynthia Carson presented the following as her one-year appointments: Raj Patel and Katie Hodges (Chief Operations Officer at Branson Bank). Phil Cox made a motion to approve the two appointments as presented. Wendy White seconded the motion. All approved. Motion carried.
